The horseshoe Inn
The horseshoe Inn is a traditional country pub set in the tranquill village of Marcross in the Heritage coast area of the vale of Glamorgan.
Marcross is just over three miles from Llantwit major and about eight miles from Bridgend
Built in the Nineteenth century by the Radcliffe family of South Glamorgan as it was then, the pub has been serving the local farming community for well over a century.
Situated just half a country mile from the lighthouse at Nash Point there are also extensive walks along the beach at low tide where you can view the magnificent geological features of the cliffs east towards llantwit major or west as far as the river Ogmore estuary.
